Es tracta d\u2019un fragment del pl\u00e0nol que acompanyava el projecte de transvasament d\u2019aig\u00fces de les fonts de l\u2019Algar fins el terme municipal d\u2019Elx. Va ser dissenyat per l\u2019arquitecte Francisco Morell (el mateix del Pante\u00f3n de Quijano, de qui ja hem parlat abans) l\u2019any 1866. El projecte mai no es va arribar a fer, per\u00f2 es va aprofitar per a construir el canal de connexi\u00f3 entre els embassaments de Guadalest i Amadorio.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;font-size: 11pt;line-height: 115%\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;font-size: 11pt;line-height: 115%\">El mapa inclou el riu de Sella per una senzilla ra\u00f3: la pres\u00e8ncia de la Font de l\u2019Arc. Amb els seus cabdals temporals es pretenia millorar l&#8217;abastiment del canal que transportava les aig\u00fces de l\u2019Algar, que feia un recorregut semblant al que fa hui en dia l\u2019autopista AP7.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;font-size: 11pt;line-height: 115%\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;font-size: 11pt;line-height: 115%\">Crida l\u2019atenci\u00f3 la pres\u00e8ncia del mol\u00ed de Baix i el Molinet, aleshores encara propietat de la baronia de Sella i Agres, al igual que altres top\u00f2nims. Fixeu-vos en una &#8220;presa&#8221; al final del riu de l&#8217;Arc que representa El Salt.
